The Peer Educator Service Hour Recognition honors peer educators who have achieved specific milestones of service. The Bronze Award is reserved for students who have contributed at least 200 hours of service to their peers through tutoring/mentoring.

The Peer Educator Service Hour Recognition honors peer educators who have achieved specific milestones of service. The Silver Award is reserved for students who have contributed at least 300 hours of service to their peers through tutoring/mentoring.

The Peer Educator Impact Award was established to allow each coordinator in the SNHU Wolak Learning Center to recognize a peer educator within their discipline. This annual award is given to peer educators who have contributed to the Learning Center with tremendous initiative, leadership, drive, and have had a positive impact on the team of each coordinator.

The Peer Educator Rookie of the Year Award is meant to recognize and distinguish peer educators who have gone above and beyond in their first year of service in the SNHU Wolak Learning Center. This annual award is given to peer educators that have been hired during the current academic year and have demonstrated a clear commitment to the mission of the Learning Center. This includes assisting students in a variety of ways, taking on new initiatives to help support the office, and an overall enthusiasm for the work we do.

The Outstanding Peer Educator of the Year Award is the highest tribute awarded to peer educators on the SNHU Wolak Learning Center staff. This annual award is given to outstanding peer educators based on nominations from professional staff members of the office, with consideration of faculty and student feedback. Selection criteria include, but are not limited to: time of service as a peer educator, consistency of effort, initiative, level of training, diversity of disciplines supported, demonstrated effectiveness and quality of work, and proven dedication to the office and their peers.

As part of a class project, a group of SNHU students created a halftime video for the Boston Celtics. Their video focused on the SNHU student experience and was aired on the jumbotron during 'SNHU Night' 2019 at the TD Garden, as the Celtics took on the Denver Nuggets. 'SNHU Night' is a celebration of the partnership between the Celtics and SNHU.

As part of a class project, SNHU sport management students created halftime promotion ideas for the Boston Celtics. The winning team's promotional game tasked an audience member with finding Lucky, the Celtics mascot, with a pair of binoculars. The promotion was played on March 18, as the Celtics took on the Denver Nuggets. The contest was part of 'SNHU Night' at the TD Garden, which is a celebration of the partnership between the Celtics and SNHU.

Emma Sheehan has been selected as the Boston Celtics' 2019 banner design contest winner. Her design was handed out to more than 18,000 Celtics fans on March 18, as the Celtics took on the Denver Nuggets.
